We know that 100% of 722 is, well, just 722.**Step 2:**If 100% of 722 is 722, then we can get 1% of 722 by dividing it by 100. Let's do 722 / 100. This is equal to 7.22. Now we know that 1% is 7.22.**Step 3:**Now that we know what 1% of 722 is, we just need to multiply it by 1 to get our solution! 7.22 times 1 = 7.22. That's all there is to it!
